Mrs. Price

Well, school has been amazing!!! We have a great student teacher named Mrs. Price. Just recently it was her birthday! She turned 22. We had a party for her at school, it was so much fun!!!! Her husband Dave came with soda, and some mothers brought cake. It was so fun!!! My friends and I even made a rap for her. If you wanna see our rap go on to,davidandrachelprice.blogspot.com

Mrs. Price has moved on to another class. We will miss her so much but are still the luckiest class at our school because we get to have Miss Buck teach us everyday.

I love my friends. I love my teachers. I love my church and neighborhood community. I love my family. I love my life!!!!!

Ogden

Most of you know I am a dancer. Yesterday I went to Ogden for a tour with my dance company. It was sooooooo much fun!!!!!!!!!! I had to get to the dance studio at 6:30am and the buses picked us up at 6:45. It was a very long, boring bus ride but, I managed to have fun anyway. When we finally got there we went straight to our dressing rooms. My friends and I all found a great spot in our room. We were then called up to the stage to figure out spacing. While the whole company was rehearsing finale, people started to come in to watch the show. Luckily, we weren't in our costumes and weren't doing it to music, so we didn't really give it away.

After our first performance we had lunch. Every one brought their lunch and Abigail, Amelia and I ate lunch outside. Then we saw our music director Mr. Tristan. He was sitting alone so we invited him to come over and eat lunch with us. We talked to him about all the music he makes and a lot of other stuff too.

Then we all had to come in and do another performance. After that, everyone got in their sweats and came on stage with their blankets and pillows to watch a movie. We had to vote to watch either Finding Nemo or Night at The Museum. Of course most everyone wanted to watch Night at The Museum. After the movie the teachers did a count down from 100 to 1. We do that so we can take a nap or have quiet time. If anyone makes a noise, the teachers have to start from 100 again. Finally after that was over, we had diner. It was sooooooo good!!!!! We had potatoes, chili, broccoli, lemonade and cookies. It was a wonderful diner!!!

After that we got ready for our next performance. It was great!!! My dance is called Atoms and Molecules. We have crazy costumes that look like something from the Jetson's. Our skirts have hula hoop type stuff in them that make them circular and bouncy. The dance is in constant motion. We never stop moving and going in and out of patterns. It is exhausting, but fun!

And then, a long drive home. We got home at 10pm. I slept so good after my fun, exhausting day!

Reading Contest

School has been great!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My teacher Miss Buck is amazing!!!!! I have been working extra hard at reading....... And I thought I was putting in lots of extra time for our class goal. You see we have been having a contest at school between 6th grade classes to see what class can read the most. Well so far Mrs. Gambles class has been winning because of a certain someone. Well, I don't want to name any names but I have a hunch that someone by the name of ...........HANS has been reading way to much!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mrs. Fuller and Miss.Buck's classes are going to sneak into this person's house and steal their entire collectin of books and maybe even their library cards!!!!!!!!!!! Just kidding. But that would be quite the adventure!!! Sure wish this person had something better to do with his time, like practice piano or something? For now, I will keep on reading and enjoy my time reading "Where the Red Fern Grows".

American Idol

This season of American Idol has been so great!!!! My favorites are David Archuleta and David Cook. But if I had to choose between those two I would choose David Archuleta. I like him because he is an awesome singer, he's a Mormon from Utah, and he's very nice. I think that America chose the right people for the top three : David Archuleta, David Cook, and Syesha Mercado. I think Syesha is gonna leave next, but if she does not leave I will be soooooooooooooooooooooooo mad! Now here's a pictures of our final three! Who do you think will win!?

How I got the name Love-a-blooney

If your wondering why my blog is called Love-a-blooney, here is the story. When I was about five years old my dad was putting me to bed. I really didn't want to go to bed so my dad was chasing me around the house. He chased me into my room and threw me on my bed. I was really mad so I stared calling my dad names. Like, rubber man, plastic guy and, stuff like that so then I finally said " Your such a, your such a ...love-a-blooney! I just made it up at the top of my head. After I said that I started laughing soooooooo hard I had tears in my eyes and started rolling on my bed. So ever since then my dad has been teasing me about it and calling me a Love-a blooney.

Disneyland tips

Hi this is Katherine. I was really bored so I decided to create a blog. In December we went to Disneyland for Christmas. So,I am going to give you my top 10 tips about it. I hope you enjoy.

1. Wake up very early so when you get their they won't have very long lines.

2. Make sure that your parents have a backpack to carry stuff like, snacks, water bottles, money, jackets, etc. Always be prepared.

3. Get fast passes for rides like splash mountain, space mountain, Indiana Jones, tower of terror, and California scream in'.

4. Bring good summer clothing and good walking shoes.

5. Try to wear bright colors or the same colors as your family so you won't get lost.

6. Try to leave rides kinda of early so you can get good seats for the parade.

7. Bring enough money for a cool souvenir such as Mickey or Minnie mouse ears.

8. Plan your entire trip to Disney using: Ridemax.com. It really works. We were there on Christmas Day and never waited more than 10 minutes in a line.

9. Take your best friends with you if you can. My cousin Ariana is my best friend and we had a blast together.

10. Bring a plastic poncho from the $ store. They are very expensive at the park and they will come in handy at the rides you get soaked at!

I hope that was a bit of help if you ever want to go to Disneyland. Have fun!
